As our Remote Remote Chat Jobs – Night Shift & Overnight ($$25-$35/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Intercom, Slack Enterprise, and HubSpot Service Hub). Typical conversation flows involve guiding new users through account setup, password resets, and workspace invites, as well as troubleshooting basic browser extension sync issues and desktop app settings. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Daily Workflows & Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Intercom, Slack Enterprise, and HubSpot Service Hub.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Assist clients accurately with guiding new users through account setup, password resets, and workspace invites.
• Carefully review customer details and escalating complex bug reports with clean repro steps to senior engineering tiers.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.

Compensation Package & Shifts
