As our Remote Chat Jobs – Home Services & Contractor Dispatch | No Experience Needed, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web). Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as providing estimates based on standard service menus and confirming booking deposits.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Carefully review customer details and following up with homeowners after project completion to record service ratings.

What You Need to Succeed

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.

Compensation Package & Shifts
