As our Online Remote Chat Support Jobs – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$25-$35/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Gladly, Kustomer, and Zendesk Knowledge Base). Typical conversation flows involve walking customers through Wi-Fi pairing, firmware updates, and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as verifying serial numbers for 1-year limited warranty claims and replacement shipments. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Daily Workflows & Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Assist clients accurately with walking customers through Wi-Fi pairing, firmware updates, and Bluetooth connectivity.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Address common account and service questions, including verifying serial numbers for 1-year limited warranty claims and replacement shipments.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.

What You Need to Succeed

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.

Compensation, Schedule & Perks
