As our Telehealth & Digital Wellness Specialist – Remote Chat Support Jobs | Beginners Welcome, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (HIPAA-compliant web messaging, Salesforce Health Cloud, and Twilio Chat). Typical conversation flows involve guiding patients through secure video appointment check-ins and intake questionnaires, as well as confirming prescription delivery addresses and pharmacy dispatch notifications. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Address common account and service questions, including confirming prescription delivery addresses and pharmacy dispatch notifications.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Carefully review customer details and routing urgent medical inquiries immediately to licensed on-call triage nurses.

Candidate Profile & Skills

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.

Compensation Package & Shifts

Your hourly rate of $26.50 - $34.00 / hr is locked in from day one, including every hour of classroom training and live shadowing. We also offer performance bonuses, paid digital wellness days, and rapid advancement opportunities.

• Guaranteed base pay of $26.50 - $34.00 / hr with weekly direct deposit every Friday.
• 100% paid remote training from your very first hour, including live software walkthroughs.
• Equipment stipend or peripheral hardware subsidy after 60 days of continuous service.
• Annual performance bonuses and milestone pay increases based on attendance and customer satisfaction scores.
• Scheduled hours: Nightly 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM EST (Includes +$3/hr Night Differential) with opportunities for voluntary overtime during peak volumes.
