As our Remote Live Chat Jobs – Flexible Hours | No Degree Required, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk). Typical conversation flows involve troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches, as well as assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Address common account and service questions, including assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization.
• Assist clients accurately with troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.

Requirements & Technical Equipment

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
