As our Online Web Chat Jobs – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$31-$40/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Daily Workflows & Responsibilities

• Process standard transactions and requests such as processing simple returns, store credits, and exchange requests via live chat.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Address common account and service questions, including assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Assist clients accurately with helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates.

Requirements & Technical Equipment

• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.

• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).

Salary, Hours & Benefits
