As our Web Chat Jobs (Weekend Shift) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat.
• Assist clients accurately with helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as processing simple returns, store credits, and exchange requests via live chat.

Candidate Profile & Skills

• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.

• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.

Salary, Hours & Benefits

Your hourly rate of $27.50 - $36.50 / hr is locked in from day one, including every hour of classroom training and live shadowing. We also offer performance bonuses, paid digital wellness days, and rapid advancement opportunities.

• Scheduled hours: Friday – Sunday (10-Hour Shifts with Paid Lunch & Weekend Bonus) with opportunities for voluntary overtime during peak volumes.
• Guaranteed base pay of $27.50 - $36.50 / hr with weekly direct deposit every Friday.
