As our Telehealth & Digital Wellness Representative – Web Chat Jobs | Beginners Welcome, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (HIPAA-compliant web messaging, Salesforce Health Cloud, and Twilio Chat). Typical conversation flows involve guiding patients through secure video appointment check-ins and intake questionnaires, as well as confirming prescription delivery addresses and pharmacy dispatch notifications. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using HIPAA-compliant web messaging, Salesforce Health Cloud, and Twilio Chat.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as answering non-clinical patient inquiries regarding provider availability and telehealth coverage.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.

Requirements & Technical Equipment

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.

Compensation Package & Shifts

We believe in treating remote team members with the highest respect. You will earn a competitive $27.50 - $36.50 / hr, accompanied by paid training hours, reliable weekly pay, and generous performance incentives.

• Guaranteed base pay of $27.50 - $36.50 / hr with weekly direct deposit every Friday.
• Scheduled hours: Monday – Friday (Choose 7 AM–3 PM or 9 AM–5 PM EST) with opportunities for voluntary overtime during peak volumes.
