As our Remote Web Chat Jobs – Evening Twilight Shift ($$29-$37/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk). Typical conversation flows involve troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches, as well as assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Carefully review customer details and moderating community chat channels to ensure compliance with community safety guidelines.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.

What You Need to Succeed

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.

Compensation, Schedule & Perks
