As our Web Chat Jobs – Cloud Software & SaaS | No Experience Needed, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Intercom, Slack Enterprise, and HubSpot Service Hub). Typical conversation flows involve guiding new users through account setup, password resets, and workspace invites, as well as troubleshooting basic browser extension sync issues and desktop app settings. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Intercom, Slack Enterprise, and HubSpot Service Hub.
• Carefully review customer details and escalating complex bug reports with clean repro steps to senior engineering tiers.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Assist clients accurately with guiding new users through account setup, password resets, and workspace invites.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as answering subscriber questions about subscription tiers, seat licensing, and invoice billing.

What You Need to Succeed

• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.

Compensation Package & Shifts

At CloudFlow Systems, we are committed to providing top-of-market hourly wages alongside sustainable work-life balance. Your compensation starts at $30.00 - $38.50 / hr with guaranteed weekly direct deposit every Friday morning.
