As our Remote Work From Home Chat Jobs – Full-Time 4-Day Workweek ($$31-$40/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect). Typical conversation flows involve helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks, as well as scheduling 1-on-1 virtual mentoring sessions and grading review appointments. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Daily Workflows & Responsibilities

• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Assist clients accurately with helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.

Compensation Package & Shifts
