As our Chat Customer Service Jobs Remote – Home Services & Contractor Dispatch | No Experience Needed, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web). Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Assist clients accurately with intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web.
• Carefully review customer details and following up with homeowners after project completion to record service ratings.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.

What You Need to Succeed
