As our Remote Chat Customer Service Jobs Remote – Evening Twilight Shift ($$29-$37/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web). Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as providing estimates based on standard service menus and confirming booking deposits.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Assist clients accurately with intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments.
• Carefully review customer details and following up with homeowners after project completion to record service ratings.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup
