As our Remote Chat Job – Night Shift & Overnight ($$28-$37/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Gladly, Kustomer, and Zendesk Knowledge Base). Typical conversation flows involve walking customers through Wi-Fi pairing, firmware updates, and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as verifying serial numbers for 1-year limited warranty claims and replacement shipments. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Address common account and service questions, including verifying serial numbers for 1-year limited warranty claims and replacement shipments.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Gladly, Kustomer, and Zendesk Knowledge Base.
• Carefully review customer details and providing troubleshooting tips for battery optimization and charging dock alignment.
• Assist clients accurately with walking customers through Wi-Fi pairing, firmware updates, and Bluetooth connectivity.
