As our Chat Job (Daytime Flexible) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk). Typical conversation flows involve troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches, as well as assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Carefully review customer details and moderating community chat channels to ensure compliance with community safety guidelines.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk.
• Assist clients accurately with troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Address common account and service questions, including assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.

Compensation Package & Shifts

Your hourly rate of $29.00 - $37.00 / hr is locked in from day one, including every hour of classroom training and live shadowing. We also offer performance bonuses, paid digital wellness days, and rapid advancement opportunities.
