As our Cloud Software & SaaS Representative – Chat Job | Beginners Welcome, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Intercom, Slack Enterprise, and HubSpot Service Hub). Typical conversation flows involve guiding new users through account setup, password resets, and workspace invites, as well as troubleshooting basic browser extension sync issues and desktop app settings. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process standard transactions and requests such as answering subscriber questions about subscription tiers, seat licensing, and invoice billing.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Address common account and service questions, including troubleshooting basic browser extension sync issues and desktop app settings.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Intercom, Slack Enterprise, and HubSpot Service Hub.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.

Pay Rates & Company Perks
