Typical conversation flows involve troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches, as well as assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients accurately with troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as helping gamers with virtual currency purchases, seasonal battle passes, and account linkings.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk.
• Address common account and service questions, including assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.

Candidate Profile & Skills

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.

Salary, Hours & Benefits
