As our Chat Representative Work From Home – Flexible Hours | No Degree Required, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web). Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Daily Workflows & Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Assist clients accurately with intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as providing estimates based on standard service menus and confirming booking deposits.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.

What You Need to Succeed
