You will join our collaborative Food Delivery & On-Demand Logistics messaging team, managing live text conversations with verified clients across North America.

As our Remote Chat Support Job – Night Shift & Overnight ($$30-$38/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Twilio Flex, LivePerson, and internal courier dispatch dashboards). Typical conversation flows involve communicating with drivers and customers to resolve address delivery clarifications, as well as authorizing quick refunds or redeliveries for damaged or missing food items. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Process standard transactions and requests such as monitoring active dispatch routes during peak dinner and weekend rush hours.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Twilio Flex, LivePerson, and internal courier dispatch dashboards.
• Carefully review customer details and updating restaurant partners regarding estimated courier pickup arrival times.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Assist clients accurately with communicating with drivers and customers to resolve address delivery clarifications.

Requirements & Technical Equipment

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.

Compensation, Schedule & Perks
