As our Remote Chat Support Work From Home – Part-Time Core Schedule ($$25-$35/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Daily Workflows & Responsibilities

• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as processing simple returns, store credits, and exchange requests via live chat.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat.
• Assist clients accurately with helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates.
