As our Chat Support Work From Home (Evening Shift) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web). Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions.
• Assist clients accurately with intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments.

What You Need to Succeed

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.

At PrimeCare Services, we are committed to providing top-of-market hourly wages alongside sustainable work-life balance. Your compensation starts at $26.50 - $34.00 / hr with guaranteed weekly direct deposit every Friday morning.
