As our Online Customer Chat Support Jobs – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$28-$37/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (LiveChat Inc, Sabre Travel Network, and Front App). Typical conversation flows involve processing itinerary modifications, date changes, and room upgrade requests, as well as messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Carefully review customer details and answering questions about baggage allowances, pet policies, and cancellation waivers.
• Assist clients accurately with processing itinerary modifications, date changes, and room upgrade requests.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as assisting travelers with travel insurance claims and emergency weather rebooking.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.

Salary, Hours & Benefits
