As our Customer Service Chat Jobs (Weekend Shift) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk). Typical conversation flows involve troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches, as well as assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk.
• Address common account and service questions, including assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Assist clients accurately with troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches.
