Typical conversation flows involve guiding new users through account setup, password resets, and workspace invites, as well as troubleshooting basic browser extension sync issues and desktop app settings. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Intercom, Slack Enterprise, and HubSpot Service Hub.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as answering subscriber questions about subscription tiers, seat licensing, and invoice billing.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.

What You Need to Succeed

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.

Compensation, Schedule & Perks

We believe in treating remote team members with the highest respect. You will earn a competitive $25.00 - $35.00 / hr, accompanied by paid training hours, reliable weekly pay, and generous performance incentives.
