As our Online Email Chat Support Jobs – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$25-$35/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (LiveChat Inc, Sabre Travel Network, and Front App). Typical conversation flows involve processing itinerary modifications, date changes, and room upgrade requests, as well as messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Process standard transactions and requests such as assisting travelers with travel insurance claims and emergency weather rebooking.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

Salary, Hours & Benefits
