As our Email Chat Support Jobs – Flexible Hours | No Degree Required, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (LiveChat Inc, Sabre Travel Network, and Front App). Typical conversation flows involve processing itinerary modifications, date changes, and room upgrade requests, as well as messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access.
• Carefully review customer details and answering questions about baggage allowances, pet policies, and cancellation waivers.

Candidate Profile & Skills

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.

Pay Rates & Company Perks

At Nomad Destinations, we are committed to providing top-of-market hourly wages alongside sustainable work-life balance. Your compensation starts at $26.50 - $34.00 / hr with guaranteed weekly direct deposit every Friday morning.
