Typical conversation flows involve processing itinerary modifications, date changes, and room upgrade requests, as well as messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access.
• Carefully review customer details and answering questions about baggage allowances, pet policies, and cancellation waivers.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using LiveChat Inc, Sabre Travel Network, and Front App.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.

Salary, Hours & Benefits
