As our Online Virtual Chat Jobs – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$25-$35/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk). Typical conversation flows involve troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches, as well as assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as helping gamers with virtual currency purchases, seasonal battle passes, and account linkings.
• Assist clients accurately with troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.

What You Need to Succeed

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).

Compensation Package & Shifts
