As our Web Chat Jobs (Evening Shift) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web). Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Daily Workflows & Responsibilities

• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as providing estimates based on standard service menus and confirming booking deposits.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Assist clients accurately with intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
