As our Chat Job – Flexible Hours | No Degree Required, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web). Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process standard transactions and requests such as providing estimates based on standard service menus and confirming booking deposits.
• Carefully review customer details and following up with homeowners after project completion to record service ratings.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web.

Requirements & Technical Equipment

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.

Compensation Package & Shifts
