As our Online Chat Job – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$28-$37/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (LiveChat Inc, Sabre Travel Network, and Front App). Typical conversation flows involve processing itinerary modifications, date changes, and room upgrade requests, as well as messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Carefully review customer details and answering questions about baggage allowances, pet policies, and cancellation waivers.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as assisting travelers with travel insurance claims and emergency weather rebooking.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.

What You Need to Succeed
