As our Food Delivery & On-Demand Logistics Coordinator – Chat Representative Work From Home | Beginners Welcome, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Twilio Flex, LivePerson, and internal courier dispatch dashboards). Typical conversation flows involve communicating with drivers and customers to resolve address delivery clarifications, as well as authorizing quick refunds or redeliveries for damaged or missing food items. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as monitoring active dispatch routes during peak dinner and weekend rush hours.
• Address common account and service questions, including authorizing quick refunds or redeliveries for damaged or missing food items.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.

What You Need to Succeed

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.

Pay Rates & Company Perks
