As our Chat Representative Work From Home (Full-Time 4-Day) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Address common account and service questions, including assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Carefully review customer details and answering pre-purchase inquiries regarding inventory availability and seasonal discounts.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Assist clients accurately with helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates.

What You Need to Succeed

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
