Typical conversation flows involve helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks, as well as scheduling 1-on-1 virtual mentoring sessions and grading review appointments. What You Will Do Each Day

• Process standard transactions and requests such as answering prospective student inquiries about tuition financing and curriculum duration.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
