As our Chat Support Job for SkyWay Travel Partners – Remote Support Role, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (LiveChat Inc, Sabre Travel Network, and Front App). Typical conversation flows involve processing itinerary modifications, date changes, and room upgrade requests, as well as messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as assisting travelers with travel insurance claims and emergency weather rebooking.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.

Candidate Profile & Skills

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.

Salary, Hours & Benefits

Your hourly rate of $31.00 - $39.50 / hr is locked in from day one, including every hour of classroom training and live shadowing. We also offer performance bonuses, paid digital wellness days, and rapid advancement opportunities.
