As our Customer Chat Support Jobs – E-Commerce & Digital Retail | No Experience Needed, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Assist clients accurately with helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.

What You Need to Succeed

• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.

• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.
