As our Remote Email Chat Support Jobs – Part-Time Core Schedule ($$25-$32/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect). Typical conversation flows involve helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks, as well as scheduling 1-on-1 virtual mentoring sessions and grading review appointments. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Carefully review customer details and resolving video lecture playback issues and certificate download requests.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Address common account and service questions, including scheduling 1-on-1 virtual mentoring sessions and grading review appointments.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as answering prospective student inquiries about tuition financing and curriculum duration.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup
