As our Travel & Hospitality Booking Advisor – Live Chat Jobs | Beginners Welcome, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (LiveChat Inc, Sabre Travel Network, and Front App). Typical conversation flows involve processing itinerary modifications, date changes, and room upgrade requests, as well as messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Daily Workflows & Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using LiveChat Inc, Sabre Travel Network, and Front App.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as assisting travelers with travel insurance claims and emergency weather rebooking.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.

Salary, Hours & Benefits

Your hourly rate of $28.00 - $35.50 / hr is locked in from day one, including every hour of classroom training and live shadowing. We also offer performance bonuses, paid digital wellness days, and rapid advancement opportunities.

• Guaranteed base pay of $28.00 - $35.50 / hr with weekly direct deposit every Friday.
• Scheduled hours: Nightly 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM EST (Includes +$3/hr Night Differential) with opportunities for voluntary overtime during peak volumes.
