As our Remote Part Time Chat Support Jobs – Full-Time 4-Day Workweek ($$28-$37/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Address common account and service questions, including assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts.
• Assist clients accurately with helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates.
• Carefully review customer details and answering pre-purchase inquiries regarding inventory availability and seasonal discounts.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
