As our Remote Chat Work From Home – Part-Time Core Schedule ($$29-$37/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Daily Workflows & Responsibilities

• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as processing simple returns, store credits, and exchange requests via live chat.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Carefully review customer details and answering pre-purchase inquiries regarding inventory availability and seasonal discounts.
• Assist clients accurately with helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

Compensation Package & Shifts
